Stranger Things is a sci-fi horror series that has a very huge fan base around the globe and received praise for its story, cast performances, and direction. The series is created by the Duffer Brothers, and also executive produced alongside Shawn Levy and Dan Cohen. It cast Hollywood A-List stars like Winona Ryder, Finn Wolfhard, David Harbour, and Millie Bobby Brown in the lead roles. The series has won multiple awards including 6 Primetime Emmy Award.
The third season of the horror series ended with a major cliffhanger, leaving fans with so much suspense. Netflix also renewed the series for a fourth season but the sad part is that our favorite series will end with it. Production Details
The production was commenced back in February 2020 but due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, Netflix had to stop the filming on the final season for safety reasons. But there is a new update on the filming as it was reported that the shooting will restart from 17th September 2020, so its a very great news for the fans. The filming will happen in Georgia, Atlanta.
Also the writers of the final season finished the work on the scripts remotely and now everyone is just waiting for the restart of filming.
Release Date
Netflix did not reveal a particular release date for the fourth and final season, and now the delay in filming will impact it. Now there are lesser chances for it to release this year. We can expect Stranger Things to release sometime in 2021. We will share more updates if Netflix declares anything else.

Plot
The third season left already much suspense for the fans which will reveal in the final season. Our favorite Netflix horror series will conclude with the fourth season. From the teaser of the fourth season, now we know that Jim Hopper is alive and imprisoned by the Russians, so he will escape from there. Now Elevens has lost all her powers so it will be interesting to see how she will face Mind Slayer this time.
Mind Slayer will again return to destroy Hawkins and take revenge from Eleven. For now, there is limited information on the plot as the creator not revealed much information, so stay tuned for more latest updates.
